The WinQS Student & Lecturer's version (which are issued & are valid per year) will be distributed to ALL "registered" Educational Institutions at the beginning of each year.

Once an Institution has registered, any student who wishes to use the Student Version, must obtain a WinQS installation file from the Department that registered or request that their Institution subscribe for this Educational Version.
